Lucky Konbini does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The game contains no analytics, no tracking technologies, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs.
All game progress — your pets, gold, collection, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes this data permanently; because we never receive it, we cannot restore it for you.
The game is fully playable offline. An internet connection is needed only to make or restore in-app purchases.
Lucky Konbini offers optional in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account.
We never see, receive, or store your payment details. Apple provides us only with anonymous, aggregated sales reports that cannot identify individual customers. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
One-time purchases can be restored at any time from Settings → Restore Purchases inside the game.
Aperman OÜ does not collect or store personal information from any user, including children. Because the game collects no data at all, there is nothing for us to disclose, sell, or delete.
Lucky Konbini includes optional in-app purchases. Parents and guardians can disable purchases entirely using Screen Time on the device (Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases).
Lucky Konbini contains capsules and a prize wheel that award randomised virtual items. The exact probability of every possible outcome is shown in the game before you open a capsule or spin the wheel. These figures are generated directly from the game's own drop tables, so they always reflect the real rates.
Future updates may introduce optional features such as leaderboards, cloud saves, or analytics. These could involve limited data processing — for example anonymous gameplay statistics. If any such feature is added, this policy will be updated and the change clearly disclosed before the feature is activated.
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access or erase. If you would like written confirmation of this, contact us and we will provide it.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date above. Material changes will also be disclosed in the app.
