Lucky Konbini
These terms govern your use of Lucky Konbini, published by Aperman OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. By installing or playing the game, you agree to them.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lucky Konbini for entertainment purposes. Modifying, reverse-engineering, or distributing the game outside the official App Store is not permitted.
All in-game items, pets, and currency are virtual only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or goods, and may be changed or removed as part of normal balancing and updates.
Purchasing virtual currency grants a licence to use it inside the game. It does not create ownership of anything outside the game, and it cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another person or account.
Some items are awarded at random through capsules and the Wheel of Fortune. The exact probability of every possible outcome is shown in the game before you open a capsule or spin the wheel, and those figures are generated directly from the game's own drop tables. Random outcomes are final and cannot be exchanged or reversed.
In-app purchases are optional and are never required to progress. All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by Aperman OÜ. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. It is not backed up to our servers, so deleting the app, resetting the device, or changing device will end that save. We cannot recover it, because we never receive it. One-time purchases remain tied to your Apple Account and can be recovered with Restore Purchases.
Aperman OÜ may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the game at any time to maintain stability, legal compliance, or gameplay balance. Significant changes will be announced in-app or in the update notes.
Lucky Konbini is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperman OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game.

本規約は、エストニア共和国に登録されたAperman OÜが提供する ラッキーコンビニのご利用について定めるものです。本ゲームをインストールまたは プレイすることにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
お客様には、娯楽目的でラッキーコンビニを利用するための個人的、非独占的、 譲渡不可のライセンスが付与されます。本ゲームの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、 および公式App Store以外での配布は認められません。
ゲーム内のアイテム、ペット、通貨はすべて仮想のものです。 金銭的価値はなく、現実の通貨や物品と交換することはできません。また、通常の バランス調整やアップデートに伴い変更または削除される場合があります。
仮想通貨の購入は、ゲーム内でそれを使用するライセンスを付与するものであり、 ゲーム外における所有権を生じさせるものではありません。第三者や他のアカウントへの 売却、取引、譲渡はできません。
一部のアイテムは、カプセルおよびホイールオブフォーチュンを通じてランダムに 付与されます。カプセルを開ける前、およびホイールをまわす前に、獲得しうる すべての結果とその確率をゲーム内で確認できます。これらの数値はゲーム本体の 抽選テーブルから直接生成されています。抽選結果は確定であり、交換や取り消しは できません。
アプリ内課金は任意であり、ゲームの進行に必須ではありません。すべての購入は Appleが処理し、お客様のAppleアカウントに請求されます。
返金はAperman OÜではなく、App Storeの規約に基づきAppleが対応します。 お申し込みはreportaproblem.apple.comから 行えます。
ゲームの進行状況はお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーには バックアップされないため、アプリの削除、デバイスの初期化、機種変更を行うと そのセーブデータは失われます。当社はデータを受け取っていないため、復元は できません。一度だけ購入するアイテムはAppleアカウントに紐づいており、 購入の復元から回復できます。
Aperman OÜは、安定性の維持、法令遵守、またはゲームバランスの調整のため、 いつでもゲームの機能を変更、一時停止、または終了する場合があります。重要な変更に ついては、アプリ内またはアップデートノートでお知らせします。
ラッキーコンビニは「現状のまま」提供されます。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、 Aperman OÜは、本ゲームの使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、 または結果的な損害について一切の責任を負いません。
